北京華夏科創儀器股份有限公司成立于2001年，注冊資本5000萬元，是中國儀器儀表行業協會分析儀器分會副理事長單位和中國分析測試協會會員單位。

2008年在浙江設立全資子公司—浙江譜創儀器有限公司 ，同時也是浙江清華長三角研究院測試技術及科學儀器研究中心的產業化基地。2012年，與德國西門子公司成立合資企業—譜創（上海）儀器有限公司，融合西門子的“開放式創新”，共同合作研發全球應用的工業過程分析儀器。
